Co-founder of System Solutions, Inc., Vicki Tortorelli is a certified professional organizer with a degree in Business Administration. She specializes in work flow analysis and system architecture.

Her “speak easy” communication skills have enabled SSI to effectively deliver technology solutions by bridging the gaps between product end users and the world of IT developers and technicians.

Before leaving corporate in 2001, she spent several years as a chief operations officer for the Western Fire Chiefs Association. During this time she expanded and delivered technology solutions in several capacities to streamline information management for ten western states. She served as Chief Financial Officer for the Uniform Fire Code Association and was instrumental in the promulgation of the 2000–2001 Uniform Fire Code Editions.

System Solutions began as a sole proprietorship in 2002. The focus was financial database applications for small business. With strong partner relationships, System Solutions began to provide Software as a Service and broadened its client base. In 2004, the organization incorporated and expanded its offering to include a custom product called eSuiteTools.
